moon light

Full Moon Celebration
Under the moonlight, under the stars, lets meditate, dance and celebrate who we are!
With live musicians!

Beloved Friends,

Meditating on full moon will help us transcend the mind and connect to our source. So lets be transported deeper within to hypnotic sounds of the live flute, guitar and drums. Leena will facilitate a dance meditation to make us feel grounded and get the body & spirits moving. Gradually, we will be led to discover our own authentic, natural dance.

We will start with the intention of letting go of whatever is holding us back to be in the present moment. Then we shall dive deep into that feeling in our body while we move, witnessing the stirred up emotions. Letting go, surrendering, we shall open ourselves to blissful and loving energy of the full moon.

About the Facilitator:

Leena Vie is a passionate dancer & an avid meditator. She teaches and performs the sacred and sensual art of bellydance which she learnt in Egypt and the UK. Leena also facilitates womens' workshops such as 'Exploring sensuality and femininity through dance'

Musicians:

Tibetan Pulsing Healing
Love, Respect....& Money

 July 5 - 7

Beloved Friends,

A Tenth workshop on shamanic mystical processes from the land of Naropa.

Now we will be starting with the first pillar that upholds the green frequencies of the universe within.  Some of the biggest issues that we confront in our lives are the issues surrounding love, respect and money. In this three-day process we will dive deep with the power of the pulse, to see what it is that prevents us from experiencing the tranquil state of our Buddha nature. We seem to be involved constantly in the anxiety created by lack of love, loss of self-respect and the belief that money makes the person.  Maybe, if we could lose our anxieties we might actually gain what we truly need-the very same things for which we are anxious.

Pulse is the life force through which the spirit manifests itself. Based on the Six Yogas of enlightened Mystic, Naropa, it has been brought to the world under the guidance of Osho. Tibetan Pulsing uses ancient Tibetan Shamanic processes to get in touch with the 24 organs of the body, which are the repositories of our unconscious. It is a powerful process using sound, colour and touch which reveals to us the hidden mysteries of the human body and it is a pathway towards inner transformation and awareness.

Tibetan Pulsing Eye Reading
Revealing the mysteries within

25 & 27 June

The eyes truly are the windows to the soul. Every child is born with his/her karmic patterns imprinted in their nervous system. These patterns are reflected in the various markings in the iris of the eye. These markings show us our psychological, emotional, mental & physical states. All the 24 organs of the body and their various attributes are reflected in the eyes.
A skilled eye reading can reveal the unconscious patterns which govern our life and can help us to understand our own motivations, desires and aspirations. This work differs from iridology; which deals only with the physical aspects, whereas the Tibetan Pulsing eye reading uses a holistic approach and deals with the entirety of our human incarnation.

About Sanjay

Sanjay is an Osho sannyasin since 1980, he worked with Shantam Dheeraj (Founder of Tibetan Pulsing, Osho sannyasin & recognized incarnate Tibetan Rinpoche) for six years and holds the complete transmission. Traveller, restaurateur and maverick spiritualist, he has been living and teaching Tibetan Pulsing in Australia, Japan, Europe, Russia and India together with his Japanese partner Yashu, for the past 14 years.

Pulse is the life force through which the spirit manifests itself. Tibetan Pulsing is based on Naropa’s work, an enlightened Master from the mysterious land of Buddhism, Tibet. He discovered that by revitalizing particular areas by Pulsing, in the body, specific energy centers can open up for our well being.

This is an evening to understand the process and go deeper in our energy centers. This event can help us enter profound spaces of relaxation and self-awareness. We will experience interplay of energies between participants in a non-verbal environment.

Transomatic Dialogue using Zen Tarot Cards

Transomatic Dialogue using Zen Tarot Cards

Transomatic Dialogue is a way back to the original wholeness of who you are. A deep trance allows an interactive dialogue with the body localizing the somatic origin, which has created Physical tensions and emotional issues. In this fun and relaxed mini-workshop we will be releasing, relaxing & journeying back to the original wholeness of our being. Transomatic dialogue is a guided deep relaxation process, which helps you to remember moments in childhood when you became separated from your original self. Stress, tensions, pain, emotional and existential issues are signs, which show us that we are going against the harmony of existence. The guided trances help to reconnect with our body and our inner being, travelling through our emotions, senses, creativity and energy.
Every disease carries a specific life-message from the unconscious mind. Tran-somatic Dialogue using Tarot Cards to deepen your experience, is a unique method that enables the body to speak, using your inner voice, wisdom and intuition. In this way the message is delivered directly by your higher self.

The Art of Being Here & Now : a taste of Osho Meditations

The Art of Being Here & Now
                            a taste of Osho Meditations

To put simply, meditation is the art of being in 'here and now', to be aware, to relax, to love and enjoy life.

Osho’s meditation techniques pave the way to rebalance our state of affairs. The first step involves emptying the garbage in our heads and releasing the repressed emotions in our heart. The second is often referred to as “taming the bull,” i.e. the mind, learning how to remain in the present moment, learning how to be at ease and peace with oneself.  In this one day workshop, we’ll experiment with interactive sessions, self-inquiry, structured meditations, breath-work, hypnosis and dance. We’ll play rather than work, celebrate, have fun and learn some new things in the process.

About Shivam Satyam:

He has been on the journey of meditation ever since. Shivam participates in workshops, groups and therapies, besides conducting Osho meditation workshops in India.

Shivam says, “Meditation to me is a gift from Osho, a way to be at ease with myself and joyful without a reason. In all my creative expressions I can work from new perspectives.”

A Shamanic Journey

A magical experience of the heart

A three Day Spiritual Retreat to go beyond the demands of your everyday life and give yourself time and space to connect with your body, open your heart, and free your creativity. In Journey to the Heart we will release emotional blockages and tension, inspire our bodies to move in new ways, increase our health, flexibility, vitality and awaken to our authentic selves.

During the retreat we will embark on a Shamanic journey using, prayer, intention, breath, dancing and connect to the five Elements of Earth, Water, Fire, Air and Ether. We will use experiential processes to enter the Shamanic realms of expanded consciousness. Malaika will help us to reconnect with our mother Earth and all of humanity in a dance of celebration and community unity; it is what our souls are yearning for.

When we reconnect to the Earth and the Elements, we feel nurtured and find harmony in our bodies. When we dance with our vulnerability, truth happens and we start to live in the present moment.

This journey is to feel renewed and energized with a greater sense of self, purpose and passion, inner peace and an open heart. This journey is for every Body. Leave feeling fulfilled and let your intuition guide you!

Pictorial Calligraphy
..hands on experience of the creative art form

Sunday, 16 June

Calligraphy is essentially an art of beautiful writing. All religious scripts are its best examples. However it has developed into a full-fledged contemporary creative art form.

We'll get a taste of Calligraphy through hands on experience using script as a raw material to create art. Discovering the smell and touch of materials, colourful beauty of inks/paints, using Qalams/pens in contact with paper is already a fulfilling journey. We will enhance the capacity to concentrate and visualise beyond the seen. It is something that can be enjoyed by all, as everyone is endowed with a creative potential that needs to be released.
