Learn. Practice. Transform. Feel Good.
With Bharat & Savita Wakhlu
Many
times, we experience immense frustration, anger or hurt while interacting and
dealing with others! We find it easy to blame them for the pain we feel. But
the reality is that the locus of control of our emotions and feelings is always
with us. How we think, perceive, feel and behave is our responsibility. Nothing
outside of us can impact our “inner workings”.
Communicating
assertively comprises a set of skills and communication abilities that help us,
in influencing the dialogues and conversations we have, in a positive and an
active manner. Learning the language of Assertiveness, grasping its elements
and practicing its application, helps us see its transformational effects on
our relationships and our well-being.
