Humaniversity 'Sacred Earth Meditation'

321636_10151416909623651_1415083818_n
This incredible process is a social and active mediation which involves dancing, shaking, sitting silently and hugging. Social meditations guide you to dance, meet people and express yourself. As these activities nourish your body and mind, you will be led naturally into a space of stillness and meditation, feeling more natural and centred afterwards.

Not only do we feel lighter and more alive, it also brings more awareness to the health of the planet.

"Be loving to the earth. Sow the seeds of love on the earth. The question is not for you to enter into some paradise in the skies. On the contrary, the question is how to transform this earth into paradise. It has all the potential."  ~ Osho

Through the figure-of-eight (Eternity Symbol), through spirals waves and circles we consciously direct the energy in the body. We harmonize and align the chakras and balance male and female energies. Through this process we connect with the energy of the earth and the sky. It is a moving meditation which connects inner and outer body. We connect to the body with breath, presence and awareness. A Sufi Retreat: with Sheikh Burhanuddin

A Sufi Retreat
with Sheikh Burhanuddin

The Sufi practices that Sheikh Burhanuddin initiates during his seminars belong both to the tradition and to  contemporary life. The prayer, the meditation, the breathing, the turning dance, and especially the practice of the dhikr(remembrance of God), based on the repetition of the Divine Names, are the main tools used by the Sufis in searching for a direct connection with God.

These methods lead the participants to recognize themselves beyond the veils of illusion and to be separated from the Whole without the over-structures of conditioning. This makes it possible to have an experience of the awakening and to be able to practice it in daily life.

Sheikh Burhanuddin leads the participants to share an authentic experience, opening their heart to the mysticism and beauty of life. During the session, he is constantly infusing Divine Love into the hearts of the participants. This process helps them to simply ‘Be’, overcoming the limits of their personality.

About the Facilitator:

Sheikh Burhanuddin Herrmann is a mystic and spiritual teacher of German origin. When he was very young the desire of his heart led him to Mawlana Sheikh Nazim Adil al-Haqqani, the current Grand Master of the Naqshbandi Sufi Order, who initiated and educated Burhanuddin into the traditional way of the dervishes.
Sheikh Burhanuddin is a deep soul reader with an innate sensitivity and capacity of understanding in helping people with their psychological and physical problems.
For nearly thirty years he has been travelling around the world under instruction of his master.  He leads seminars of spiritual growth and insights to which all are welcome.

“We are coming from invisible worlds and to invisible worlds we are going
back."
- Mawlana Sheikh Nazim Adil al-Haqqani
