We
invite all artists and movement lovers in town to an exceptional
evening of dance, music and improvisation in the beautiful green gardens
of Zorba the Buddha.
There will be a guided introduction warm up to land together, awake our bodies and our senses, connect to the group, to the space and to the sound. We will then open the space to a journey in Improvisation. Meet ourselves and meet others in movement, communicate and co-create through our bodies and individual expressions. Awareness, listening, playfulness, curiosity and creativity will be our guides.
Please come on time to be part of the beginning introduction and bring soft comfortable cloths.
