Soma Dance Therapy
For Emotional Freedom
An evening for an emotional bath!
We are well aware of the importance of personal hygiene, of taking a physical bath, of keeping our surroundings clean and to be polite and loving to others, but how many of us give importance to our emotional and spiritual hygiene? Soma Dance Therapy is an intense process for emotional cleansing; it works through the yin and yang aspects of our being and helps us to rest in a space beyond both. A uniquely designed therapy – participants will dance away their anger, frustration, madness, fear and subsequently move through the more sublime emotions of love and trust and joy; finally coming to a state of deep relaxation.
