The Yoga of Devotional Movement Arts
A Unique Movement Seminar with ZULEIKHA
 
In Devotional Movement, we practice the art of Body Listening© - A Developmental Movement Awareness Practice.
We invite everyone into the Yoga of Devotional Movement Arts:

- a movement through body, heart and soul
- the joy of embodied awakening
- an exploration into the feeling of heart essence through movement
- a movement practice of spontaneity
- an enhanced focus and awareness of concentration and connection
- a movement practice for health, increased circulation and general well-being
 
If you are a person who wants to move freely, this is an opportunity to dive into the movement and explore! 
All are welcome. No experience is necessary.

Zuleikha is the creator and author of Take a Minute for Your Life (Core Wellness exercise book and DVD) that offers a simple and effective exercise program that only takes a minute to restore and rejuvenate. As a Self-Care teacher, she offers trainings to schools, non-profits, hospitals, palliative healthcare centers, government agencies and corporations, worldwide. Zuleikha performs her one-woman concert and collaborations with fantastic world musicians and poets, including the Rumi Concert with Coleman Barks - poet and translator of Rumi, David Darling - cellist, Glen Velez - world percussionist, Jai Uttal - kirtan vocalist/musician, Founder and Director of The Storydancer Project, Zuleikha is the recipient of the prestigious Humanitarian Award from Pediatric Nursing Journal for her global work with women and children.
