One of the most powerful tools for understanding ourselves is the Enneagram, an ancient Sufi symbol of transformation, unity and diversity. It's wisdom was brought to the western world by George Gurdjieff, who was transmitted this knowledge by the master of the Naqshbandi Sufi Order. Our esteemed facilitators, Sheikh Burhanuddin Herrmann and Hajjah Hamidah, come from the same Sufi school.
The Enneagram helps understanding the nine personality types at two levels. The first allows for recognition and classification, the second takes us beyond the personality to the realm of the true self. Sufism brings us closer to the higher energy, attracting an inner change. In this workshop, the perfume of Sufism combined with the Enneagram, will help free us from the confines of the personality and connect us to the Real.
Facilitator's Bio
Hajjah Hamidah
Her first contact with the Enneagram was 30 years ago in a Fourth Way School, and has since then has made this knowledge available to people. She has been following the Sufi teachings of Mawlana Sheikh Nazim, spiritual Master of the Naqshbandi Sufi Order. His Master, Mawlana Grandsheikh Abdullah ad-Daghestani, transmitted the wisdom of the Enneagram and its laws to George Gurdjieff.
Sheikh Burhanuddin
He is a mystic and spiritual teacher of German origin. Mawlana Sheikh Nazim Adil al-Haqqani, the current Grand Master of the Naqshbandi Sufi Order, initiated and educated Burhanuddin into the traditional way of the dervishes. Sheikh Burhanuddin is a deep soul reader with an innate sensitivity and capacity of understanding in helping people with their psychological and physical problems.
