The constellations of a family are represented by a group of participants who recreate the ties of interdependence among the members of a family or a group of people. Through FamilyConstellation we can clarify the unconscious dynamics that cause suffering in the different aspects of our lives.
In this workshop we will be able to observe the underlying ties in our sentimental, professional relationships and our relationship with money and health. Some principles that will be covered are the order of love, the order of belonging, the law of the sacred order, the order of equilibrium and exclusion, intricacy, hierarchic order, blind love and the interrupted movement. All these principles will allow us to understand the functioning of a system under Family Constellations.
There is a deep dimension of silence within us. The ability to observe and understand our natural being is mostly hidden from our consciousness due to the incessant chatter of the mind and the constant stirring of our emotions. Family Constellations allow us to experience this quiet space and intimacy. It is only when we welcome our life with responsibility and compassion that we can change.
About the Facilitator
Nico Anugraha Breglia has born in Milan. She's been practicing and studying Buddhist teachings since 1993 with Sogyal Rinpoche. Since '98 she has engaged in a self-knowledge and personal development under Osho's teachings, studying therapies dealing with the individual in its multiple dimensions: physical, psychic and spiritual. She has been trained in Family Constellation, Primal Therapy and Childhood Deconditioning, Chakra Balancing and Subtle Body Healing. She hold groups for Family Constellations, Inner Child work and gives sessions of childhood deconditioning.
