Sacred Taoist QiGong

Sacred Taoist QiGong
With Grandmaster Yuanming Zhang

In this workshop we will concentrate on Taoist QiGong practices for awakening our own spiritual energy. Under the guidance of Grandmaster Zhang, we will get united with heaven, human and earth, also known as the “Three Treasures of Man”. We will also be learning the beauty of connecting to the sun, moon, and stars with wind, water and fire energies allowing body, breath, and the mind to unite into one. The result will be a feeling of inner joy, peace, and completeness.

Exercises will include breath work, standing and sitting, movement and lying postures along with some surprises. The workshop is for all levels and no experience is required. With Grandmaster Zhang’s 40 years of experience, he will determine exactly what exercises we will do based on the level of the participants and their needs.
