Inspirational Breathwork™ is a healing and self-enrichment modality that opens restricted breathing patterns, clears the subconscious mind and connects us to higher levels of consciousness.
This process begins by learning how to open your breath and utilize your entire respiratory system. It results in more energy and increased brain function which leads to more enjoyable mental and emotional states.
Higher frequency energies created by the breath changes the lower frequency energy patterns stored in the body and subconscious. This process results in the permanent transformation of pain and denser energies in the system, thereby enhancing feelings of clarity and lightness.

About the Facilitators
Demet Gulser (Maa Prem Aloka)
Demet has been walking on the spiritual, self inquiry and development path with her beloved teachers, gurus, sufis and shamans from Turkey, South Africa, South America, India, America, Russia and Europe since 1999. She conducts meditations for groups and breath work therapy sessions. She is fascinated by the power of breath in miraculous transformations and admires the pure wisdom of breath and meditation which is full of joy and compassion. She also enjoys training executives of national and multinational corporate companies where she combines her professional marketing and consultancy background of 24 years with her spiritual wisdom.
Swami Ravindra Bharti
Ravindra Bharti, a former corporate executive has pursued self-discovery techniques for nearly 40 years. He has been with the spiritual master, Osho, and has worked with world renowned therapists on various schools of thoughts. He has been counseling and conducting meditation camps regularly in India and abroad at the various Osho centres. He leads essential meditation groups, including Mystic Rose, No-Mind and Born Again and retreats such as Vipasana and Tantra in India and abroad. He has also conducted workshops with corporate, multinationals and the Ministry of Health, Government of India and overseas.
