Inspired from Lord Shankar (Shiva) and Goddess Gauri (Parvati), this is a soft centering technique for the night time, which works on the third eye. It helps one discover how to become a medium of the whole cosmos. This meditation is a simple way to experience no-mind.
We will begin with some preparatory exercises to bring ourselves into awareness. There will be special breathing from the 112 sutras of the Vigyan Bhairav Tantra, candle gazing and movement (latihan), followed by lying in silence. This is a mysterious and wonderful meditation, where one becomes like a bamboo flute on which the existence plays its songs. Let Lord Shiva bring us to the heights of Mount Gourishankar.
