Gestalt Therapy - experiment with new ways of being

The Magic Touch of Gestalt
change comes through experiencing, moving, dancing & voicing

Sat, 28 Sep

Gestalt therapy is an existential/experiential form of psychotherapy that emphasizes personal responsibility, and that focuses upon the individual's experience in the present moment.

It focuses on process (what is actually happening) over content (what is being talked about). The emphasis is on what is being done, thought, and felt at the present moment, rather than on what was, might be, could be, or should have been.

Gestalt therapy is a method of awareness practice where we become aware of what we are doing and what triggers our ability to change. It frees us from the blocks and unfinished business that may diminish satisfaction, fulfillment or growth. Gestalt Therapy enables us to experiment with new ways of being and helps us to become fully alive.

Compassionate Communication - NVC for leaders

Compassionate Communication
NVC for Leaders

Leading from the Inside Out

NON-VIOLENT COMMUNICATION is a communication process designed by Dr. Marshall Rosenberg. In a world in which leadership situations are often experienced as “power over people”, NVC provides us with easy and yet astonishingly transformational tools to create “power with people” relationships and spaces in which everyone thrive.

With a particular focus on leadership, we share and practice NVC skills in this course to:
  •  Authentically connect with others through deep listening
  •  Clarify what we are observing & what emotions we are experiencing
  •  Make positive, specific, and doable requests instead of demands whenever possible
  •  Identify and transform habitual behaviour patterns and create WIN-WIN outcomes
  •  Lead others in a way that they can experience their contribution as joyful
  • Bring compassion into our leadership which reflects in our behaviour every day

"NVC provides us with the most effective tools to foster health and relationships." –Deepak Chopra

“No matter what issue you're facing, NVC will set you up to win every time.” –Anthony Robbins

Talking to the Stars ~ how planets effect our lives

Learning about Astrology Means Developing Stronger Sense of Self and helping to understand others. The truest use of astrology is not so much to predict future events. It is to know ourselves connect to our self and hopefully create more evolved conditions in our home and our planet - earth.

The most useful information revealed by the Natal Chart gives insight into the principles we came to learn about and experience during the lifetime. Even if your inner spirit has "forgotten" its true purpose, the birth chart acts as a reminder in black and white symbols.

Astrology can be like psychic readings, instead of hearing voices and seeing pictures/ images, the astrologer uses the natal chart for the answers

This enables us to understand:
1)     The correlation of the mind, body and soul through the planets.
2)   Insights into different aspects of personalities
3)    Intellectual understanding how the planets affect you and your family

About the Facilitator:

Mansi Chauhan, is a multi-talented person who is a Shastracharya in palmistry, M.S. in Psychotherapy & Counselling.  She is also trained in Samudrik Ratna  - the art of face & body reading, Medical Astrology, Vastu, Past Life Regression Therapy, Reiki and many other fields.
