Theater, Mythology & Me ~ insights & new visions for our lives

Through Indian and western mythological stories we will explore different aspects of our selves. The workshop is both a group effort and an individual exploration. We will look at various stages of human existence from childhood, adolescence, young adult, adult to old age /death.

There will be various creative methodologies like theatre, dance, movement, music, stories to bring out the different nuances of the myth. Through this exploration we will explore our inner world and diverse personal expressions. We will use P.E.E.P (Physical, environmental, emotional, and personal) concept for reaching a clear mind space. Everyone will explore themselves in a non-threatening way.

Through this we will be able to understand the different crisis in the past which would now be re worked and reassessed. It will help us gain insights and acquire a new vision to take our lives in the interpersonal and work space with a fresh perspective.

Tibetan Pulsing Eye Reading: Revealing the mysteries within

The eyes truly are the windows to the soul. Every child is born with his/her karmic patterns imprinted in their nervous system. These patterns are reflected in the various markings in the iris of the eye. These markings show us our psychological, emotional, mental & physical states. All the 24 organs of the body and their various attributes are reflected in the eyes. A skilled eye reading can reveal the unconscious patterns which govern our life and can help us to understand our own motivations, desires and aspirations. This work differs from iridology; which deals only with the physical aspects, whereas the Tibetan Pulsing eye reading uses a holistic approach and deals with the entirety of our human incarnation.

Using powerful ancient and contemporary ceremonies we will enter into heightened states of awareness to heal the wounding that has happened between the sacred feminine & sacred masculine. The Shiva Shakti ceremony together with Cacao, (raw chocolate) which was known to the Mayans as the elixir of the Gods, will be used to open the heart chakra. Dissolving Insecurity & Depression : Tibetan Pulsing Healing

Tibetan Pulsing Healing
dissolving insecurity & depression

Security; the search for which drives us to great lengths in the fields of work, relationships and the pursuit of happiness; - in the hope that one day we may feel secure and stable emotionally and mentally. Yet deep down the shadow of insecurity haunts us continuously, as we become mired in instability and depression.

What are we truly looking for? Where is this security that we seek? In this forthcoming workshop within the green wave, we will go on a journey deep within our body’s bio electrical circuits to dissolve the very roots of insecurity and depression through the power of the pulse beat. We will enter the higher conscious realms of the green frequency from where all our endeavors will bring us the fulfilling fruits of a life unbound from insecurity and depression.

Pulse is the life force through which the spirit manifests itself. Based on the Six Yogas of enlightened Mystic, Naropa, it has been brought to the world under the guidance of Osho. Tibetan Pulsing uses ancient Tibetan processes to get in touch with the 24 organs of the body, which are the repositories of our unconscious. It is a powerful process using sound, colour and touch which reveals  the hidden mysteries of the human body and it is a pathway towards inner transformation and awareness.

Sanjay is an Osho sannyasin since 1980, he worked with Shantam Dheeraj, the founder of Pulsing, for five years and holds the complete transmission. The Art of Compassionate Communication

Art of Compassionate Communication
Based on Non-Violent Communication designed by Dr. Marshall Rosenberg

NON-VIOLENT COMMUNICATION is a system of training designed by Dr. Marshall Rosenberg. It has helped many men and women across the cultures to live in harmony with themselves and others. It answers most of the questions we struggle with in our relationships and helps us understand our own reactions to how the world impacts us.

During the course, we shall try to find out how Dr. Marshall Rosenberg guides us in following areas and more -
1.      How can I develop a deeper and grounded connection with myself?
2.      How can I develop an empathic connection with others?
3.      How can I maintain a free flow of communication in difficult circumstances?
4.      How can I understand my own anger and work with it?
5.      How can our intentions be seen and known?

This will be an opportunity for everyone who aspires to practice NVC in depth or wishes for a fresh start.
