the elements to connect, heal & returning you to your authentic self
The 5 Elements make up our entire Universe and are
fundamental in maintaining balance for mind, body and spirit. By connecting
& embodying the elements we release imbalances which have
depleted our energy. We will be tapping into the wisdom of ancient Shamanic
practices from many indigenous cultures to release blockages & bring
ourselves into ecstatic states of bliss. Come melt into deep inner peace,
Ground, Flow, Transform, Breathe, and Surrender into deep connection with
yourself, others & Nature to restore balance and harmony.
Using powerful ancient and contemporary
ceremonies we will enter into heightened states of awareness to heal the
wounding that has happened between the sacred feminine & sacred
masculine. The Shiva Shakti ceremony together with Cacao, (raw chocolate) which
was known to the Mayans as the elixir of the Gods, will be used to open the
heart chakra. Awaken your Spirit through the 5 Elements Dance journey using transformative
breath and movement as a meditation to connect to the Great Mystery.
