I am bringing you a unique program on Ayurvedic cooking, specifically designed for the Monsoon season. We will learn what to eat and what to avoid during the rains. We will understand how certain foods are more beneficial for us during this time of the year.
 
It is about giving you confidence in Ayurvedic approach of cooking, We will prepare several holistic Ayurvedic recipes so that you can help yourself  and your family members just by making some small changes in the meals and diet patterns.
 
An evening of bonding with friends to cook, learn, enjoy and savour a holistic meal.

Program:

Ayurveda helps you bring harmony with your body, mind and soul. Food is the most important connection and has a powerful effect on the mind, emotions, physical and immune responses of the body.
 
In this workshop we will learn how to use food ingredients, spices and herbs for healthy digestion and elimination of toxins & how certain foods are beneficial for us during the monsoons. By learning the art of preparing several delicious Ayurvedic recipes, we will go back home with the knowledge and experience to cook our own wholesome Ayurvedic meal.
