A Tongue tip taste...of love - Sat, 26 Oct

They say it makes the world go round. They say it is like fever. They say it makes you blind. They say it is agony. It is ecstasy. They say it is the point, of no return. They say much, and more.

This Saturday night, we explore. Dimensions of that word, Love. Most used. Most abused. Experientially. Not just as a noun, but as a verb. Through our body, our heart, our senses.

We have invited Damini to lead us through this exploration. She has designed a special 2 hour power packed, multi-faceted session. A journey of not just Love, but ‘Loving’.  Through dance, singing and stories. From blues, rock n roll, bhangra and trance. To hearing the call of the Bhakts, the Sufis. And finally resting in the Love Ultima, Silence.

For this tongue tip taste of that yummy mystery called Love, you are joyously invited!

The Love meditation will take place in natural light, with the support of a few candles. You are requested to wear loose, comfortable clothes that you can dance in. Damini prefers this to be an intimate group. We are limiting the seats to just 25!

About Damini:

Damini is in the nature of the wandering minstrels. A storyteller who uses dance, visuals, sound, films and text to create potent experiences of the visible and inner worlds. She is a meditation facilitator and also a multiple award winning indie filmmaker, cinematographer and photographer. You can get a taste of her and her stories @ www.youtube.com/prabhudamini

Opening to Love: nourish, balance & expand the heart chakra

The longing for love is one of the greatest longings we have. Love is the experience in which we are closest to being relaxed. But love in action makes sense, not in ideas.

This workshop is a highly experiential one. By means of dancing, connecting, sharing and meditating, we bring our attention to nourish, balance & expand the heart chakra. As we become more loving & accepting of ourselves, the doors of our heart open to connect with others.

So here is a gender balanced workshop and a wonderful opportunity to meet like-minded people, relax and create new friendships.

Join in! Express & celebrate you’re bliss!

VIBRATIONAL BODY : A taste of Kashmir Shaivism

VIBRATIONAL BODY

A taste of Kashmir Shaivism
Invoking the spirit of Lalleshwari and Abhinava Gupta

Experiencing the body as a channel for consciousness. Exploring emotional waves as pure vibrational information, so that inner and outer become one. All circumstances of life are opportunities to grow. Being present with our own reality and understanding the flow of our life. Recognizing our own gifts and being able to integrate and express them with awareness in daily life.

We will explore: Inner space (kashmir) yoga, breath awareness, conscious touch, soul dance, opening the 5 senses, receptivity-response, love-responsibility, relaxation- awareness, alone-together.

Exploring our life force beyond duality, embracing and dissolving separations between inner and outer, there is nowhere to go, but deeper inside.

“The Way Of The Heart” an interactive evening on Sufi Psychology

The Sufi practices that Sheikh Burhanuddin initiates during his seminars belong both to the tradition and to contemporary life. These methods lead the participants to recognize themselves beyond the veils of illusion and to be separated from the Whole without the over-structures of conditioning. This makes it possible to have an experience of the awakening and to be able to practice it in daily life.
Sheikh Burhanuddin leads the participants to share an authentic experience, opening their heart to the mysticism and beauty of life. During the session, he is transmitting and constantly infusing Divine Love into the hearts of the participants. This process helps them to simply ‘Be’, overcoming the limits of their personality. They start looking at their problems in a wider perspective, with less attachment. “There are no objective problems.  God has no problems! So just give them to Him!” he likes to remind them. The participants are softly pushed to enter into a wider orbit, the orbit of Love that pervades everything.

About the facilitator:

Sheikh Burhanuddin Herrmann is a mystic and spiritual teacher of German origin. When he was very young the desire of his heart led him to Mawlana Sheikh Nazim Adil al-Haqqani, the current Grand Master of the Naqshbandi Sufi Order, who initiated and educated Burhanuddin into the traditional way of the dervishes.
Sheikh Burhanuddin is a deep soul reader with an innate sensitivity and capacity of understanding in helping people with their psychological and physical problems.
For nearly thirty years he has been travelling around the world under instruction of his master.  He leads seminars of spiritual growth and insights to which all are welcome.

Tibetan Pulsing Healing: jealousy & freedom

Beloved Friends,

In this workshop, we will be dealing with one of the most important issues faced by people in their relationships today. Freedom is something we all wish & crave for, yet the primal dragon of jealousy won’t allow it to blossom. Is it possible to love without jealousy & possessiveness? Is it possible to truly spread our wings of freedom & fly?

We will enter deep within the primal recesses of our gallbladder, the organ responsible for our sense of freedom. With the help of the pulse beat we will be clearing the pathways in the nervous system from patterns of negative beliefs & behaviour.

Pulse is the life force through which the spirit manifests itself. Based on the Six Yogas of enlightened Mystic, Naropa, it has been brought to the world under the guidance of Osho. Tibetan Pulsing uses ancient Tibetan processes to get in touch with the 24 organs of the body, which are the repositories of our unconscious. It is a powerful process using sound, colour and touch which reveals  the hidden mysteries of the human body and it is a pathway towards inner transformation and awareness.

In Celebration,
Program Team
Zorba the Buddha.

Sanjay's bio:

Sanjay was initiated into the mysteries of the inner search by  Osho in 1980. He also worked with Shantam Dheeraj (also an Osho initiate), the founder of Tibetan Pulsing, for a period of five years. During this period he received the complete transmission of the mystical processes of Tibetan Pulsing. Traveller, restaurateur and maverick spiritualist, he has been living and teaching Tibetan pulsing in Australia, Japan, Europe, Russia and India together with his Japanese Partner Yashu, for the past 13 years.
