Osho Experience: A Day of Tasting Osho's Work

Osho Experience
A Day of Tasting Osho's Work
Osho inspires millions of people worldwide in their individual search for transformation . His work encompasses all the current western therapy approaches, the healing arts of East and West, esoteric sciences, creative arts, centering and martial arts, Tantra, Zen, Sufism, and Meditative Therapies. Even more unique than this amazing diversity, is the fact that all the methods used, whether relating to the body, the mind, the emotions or the subtle energy bodies, have meditation both at their base and as their objective. In this workshop, we will get a taste of his work. The emphasis will be on experiencing rather than thinking. We will learn osho meditation techniques which can be practised everyday. We will be accessing & releasing our feelings and emotions. This workshop will help us in accessing & releasing our feelings and emotions. It will equip us with ways to allow our life energy to flow in a natural way and enter a state of balance. We will be able to connect with ourselves and others in a more open and spontaneous way. We will end the day with Osho's White Robe Gathering with Osho's discourse and celebration followed by dinner. As Osho meditations are active in nature, please come in comfortable clothing.

Ma Nidhi embarked on her spiritual journey as a scholar. She holds a Ph.D. degree from Delhi University in Osho’s vision of Education for new man. Soon she realized that, what Osho expounded cannot be restricted to a thesis. She became a sanyasin and totally soaked herself into experiencing every aspect of Osho phenomenon. It soon started flowing through her.She has conducted numerous seminars and conferences on Osho’s vision. She has been facilitating many workshops all over India on subjects like emotional wellness, dance therapy, conscious parenting, couple meditation and life skills etc.

Lose Weight in Nature's Embrace: Pilardio for Nutrition, Focus and Exercise

Lose Weight in Nature's Embrace
Pilardio for Nutrition, Focus and Exercise

pilardio_b1 2

Pilardio is a combination of Pilates and Cardio, a specialized style of training for the cardiovascular and muscular systems. It is a smart mixture of exercises that gives meditative benefits while strengthening the core and peripheral muscles. AllPilardio exercises are supported by fantastic rhythms, so they are fun to do. The step sequences are kept simple and so are easy to learn. The Pilardio lifestyle also offers, apart from the physical activity, mental balance. It connects the mind and the body by way of breathing, thereby bringing the attention of the mind to the present moment.

Besides the mental and physical aspects, nutrition also plays an important role in this lifestyle. Pilardio nutrition, encourages understanding the body's needs in terms of food and focuses on individual nutrition. It is a unique diet, whose approach is more holistic, and hence healthy, so it can be practiced for life. It teaches you how to identify the body's needs, and differentiate between real (physical) hunger and perceptible (mental) craving for food.

Pilardio is very important, particularly for those who suffer weight issues, have diabetes type II, back pain, heart problems and high blood pressure. Participants can learn to listen to their bodies and handle them with more respect, reduce weight and get rid of excess fat because their bodies “know” what they need in terms of nutrition. Not only that, it is fun and exciting.. a new concept for all ages to enjoy!

Jasmin Waldmann

Jasmin is a fitness trainer, body and mind transformation coach, and works with several German TV channels and radio stations.  She is the director of the innovative program-Pilardio. Originally from Germany she started this program there, but shifted because of Indian Cricket Team Captain, M.S: Dhoni and “Sportsfit”- which was a gym chain in NCR and Delhi. Her specialty has always been all-round weight management. As a child she learned ballet and actively participated in volleyball, tennis and swimming. In 1995 she started her training in martial arts, jazz and street dance.

Open Your Throat Chakra: Release your Expression using Vocal Improvisation

Open Your Throat Chakra
Release your Expression using Vocal Improvisation
This workshop is based on releasing your throat chakra and experience your own voice as an instrument.
In any culture singing is uplifting and a powerful act of self-expression. It is a sound of the heart which allows a healing process to take place and create a sense of unity. This workshop will include vocal exploration, intuitive learning and improvisation.
Balancing and opening the throat chakra allows you to express your feelings and communicate freely, without worry of criticism or judgment from self or others. Opening of the throat chakra promotes honesty and harmony with our feelings and actions, and helps us to live more authentically and free.
Darlini is a traveling musician and vocalist. Her multi cultural up bringing has brought her love for studying music of the world. From an early age she has experienced a diversity of musical styles and draws an eclectic collection of sounds that she endeavours to share in live performances. She also creates a space in which others can experience  their own voice as an instrument. Her intention is to empower people with a creative tool of self expression and communication.  Music is the passport of the heart and singing is the language of the soul.

Laughing Buddhas ~ A Meditative Celebration on the Buddha Moon

~Laughing Buddhas~
A meditative Celebration on the Buddha Moon

Poster-2

As we are, we are all seeds. We carry the potential of becoming a huge tree. Deep roots, wide branches, many flowers. For that to happen, the cover of the seed has to crack. Personality-masks have to drop. Hearts have to open. To the grace of the earth, the winds. The warmth of the sun. The softness of the moon.

This Buddha Poornima we have invited Damini to create the meditative ambience for such a grace-shower. Well known for her energetic silence retreat capsules, Damini will lead us into one such timeless session of two hours.

As with her sessions, intense spontaneous celebration of innocence will set the grounds for deep meditative silence. We will be dancing, singing, relating with each other before we move into that space of all-oneness, aloneness.

You are invited to come join us for this very special energetic event that is bound to lead you into a taste of the space thats your ... home.

Note:
The event will be followed by Dinner at Lake Nirvana.
Seats are limited. You are requested to book asap.
Please wear loose, comfortable clothes in which you can freely move.

Inner Leadership Workshop: Alpha Leadership vs. Beta Management

Inner Leadership Workshop
 Alpha Leadership vs. Beta Management

There’s no management without self-management.  From self-awareness, self-mastery and social awareness emerge the Alpha Leader.  No one can deny that the pressures exerted on professionals are increasing from all angles. So, there is a calling for an inside-out approach that empowers people to thrive within the ever-pervasive threats of unpredictability and instability. This program is for professionals to set their compass for performing at their full potential in a turbulent environment. Here, they can learn essential competencies for sustaining peak performance, creativity and motivation.

Modern leadership requires a holistic approach for dealing with relationships and raising performance.  Fortunately, clues to awakening the best in people and organisations can be gleaned from new insights in a broad spectrum of areas.  To find them, the wheel of pursuit needs to come back full circle from our absorption in Beta Management to rediscovering and charting what’s within us, our mind, and that’s the Alpha Leadership journey. This  holistic fusion of disciplines delivers a mix of the best practices from the West and the highest ethos from the East in simple and practical models.  The workshop will weave the latest findings in metaphysics together with revelations hidden in ancient mythology and enable this to be digested and imbibed in brief periods of meditation.

Discover your Inner Purpose: A Path to Lead You to Awakening and Actualizing

Discover your Inner Purpose
A Path to Lead You to Awakening and Actualizing..

Our global cultures are changing so fast, some faster than others, by our current social and educational systems which have been set up to ensure our basic survival, not our aspirations. Our educational systems are designed to create good workers who will slot into jobs, but it does not know how to inspire people to forge a path ahead.  You may feel that you don’t know how to change direction, or how to define your goals, or it may just seem to demand too much resources, or perhaps you have already struggled so much to actualize your purpose, or you might not even believe that you have a unique purpose in life, or worry how to support yourself in the meantime, you may feel alone and under-supported...
In this workshop, you can connect to your larger story, building your envisioning skills in which your deeper purpose will emerge and take shape into a practical plan. It is designed to unleash in beginners or experts alike, attitudes that foster emotional healing, a boost of creativity and an elevation of the subconscious. Tap into ancient sources of wisdom to help you navigate life today.. raise your energy to a higher level and develop the perception to see the sacred.

A Musical Evening of Folk Music,Sufi Chants & Experimental Music

Under the Banyan Tree Project

This project is an initiative taken by two like-minded musicians Meet and Sriparna to revive the concept of “music on streets” and to uplift its demeaned reputation.

We believe in creating opportunities to perform, on a street amidst hustle and bustle of a road, a market place, in a park, in a lawn of a house, a tomb, a roof top area or any such place that attracts us and makes us sing and play. We aim not to limit ourselves to any genre. We like to use various instruments and sounds while performing.

Its gives us a lot of pleasure and encouragement when people engrossed in their routine take out few moments to listen to us and feel relaxed and happy, and appreciate our initiative.

6:30 PM - 8:00 PM
Wednesday, 22 April

Biodanza Event

Music has a powerful effect on the way that we feel, and Biodanza uses the most dynamic music to create in you a heightened state of emotional well-being. Biodanza takes you on a journey through a landscape of movement, feeling, and music. It can also be seen as meditation in movement. We are brought fully into the present moment, and the happiness that brings. It is an awareness of the flow of energies and pleasurable sensations throughout our body.

It is also a fantastic way to meet and connect with people on a true level. Through the group dynamics and energy created in the class, we come closer to our real Self. With this, our capacity to love and receive love also grows.
Everyone can do Biodanza. In fact there are no steps to learn, it is that easy.

“Biodanza came out of a desire to be reborn from our broken gestures and our empty sterile structure of expression. It became a way to share together what was marvellous.” - Rolando Toro, Creator of Biodanza

Nataraj is trained as a Biodanza facilitator, at Rolando Toro School of Madrid. He started the Biodanza movement with regular groups and workshops in different cities of the Valencian Community. In October 2005 he co-created the school of Biodanza Rolando Toro of Valencia, for which he was the coordinator until June 2014.
He belongs to the spanish national Association of Biodanza facilitators " Biodanzaya "  and is one of the founders of the association "Biodanza Valencia”. He also did the Biodanza Didacta teacher trained with Rolando Toro (the creator of biodanza) in Milano (Italy). Nataraj has been leading workshops & events all over the world. He has participated and taught in various national and international festivals in England, Israel and India.

Osho White Robe Meditation

Osho White Robe Gatherings are a combination of dance, celebration and silence, a unique opportunity to experiment the awareness without effort, the essence of meditation.

"That which cannot be said has to be experienced.  This is a great experience of getting into the inner space. Something is experienced in this gathering which no one has been able to define. It’s the peak of all day of work, meditation or groups." – This is what Osho had to say about the White Robe Gatherings.

The gathering starts with 20 minutes of high energy celebration where everybody is invited to participate and dance with totality. The more totally we dance, the more easily we will be able to sit silently afterwards. The period of dancing reaches its climax with three shouts of “Osho.” This is a sound without meaning. It is simply using sound to reach the soundless silence. This is followed by silent sitting, which begins with intermittent Indian music up until three drumbeats. After three drumbeats, Osho Video Discourse starts, during which we sit silently and just absord Osho.

Please wear a plain white robe/plain white clothes. Come freshly showered, with no perfume.
