A Meditative Experience with Hang







To dive into the world of magic sounds of the Hang, to explore your inner being, to spend some time with yourself and leave your worries behind - you're welcome to join us!

The meditation starts with 30 minutes of high energy celebration where everybody is invited to participate and dance with totality. This will be followed by hang played live for 5 mins followed by 5 mins of silence. This cycle will be repeated 4 times. The more totality is brought to the celebration, the deeper the silence will go.







David Swarup - a world star, a musician and the pioneer of Hang Meditation. 

An Italian by birth, a traveller and a world citizen. His unique approach to combine meditation and improvisation, together with the beauty of the hang, creates unique compositions in the present moment that will be "heard" straight in your heart.
