Inner Leadership Workshop: Alpha Leadership vs. Beta Management

Inner Leadership Workshop
 Alpha Leadership vs. Beta Management

There’s no management without self-management.  From self-awareness, self-mastery and social awareness emerge the Alpha Leader.  No one can deny that the pressures exerted on professionals are increasing from all angles. So, there is a calling for an inside-out approach that empowers people to thrive within the ever-pervasive threats of unpredictability and instability. This program is for professionals to set their compass for performing at their full potential in a turbulent environment. Here, they can learn essential competencies for sustaining peak performance, creativity and motivation.

Modern leadership requires a holistic approach for dealing with relationships and raising performance.  Fortunately, clues to awakening the best in people and organisations can be gleaned from new insights in a broad spectrum of areas.  To find them, the wheel of pursuit needs to come back full circle from our absorption in Beta Management to rediscovering and charting what’s within us, our mind, and that’s the Alpha Leadership journey. This  holistic fusion of disciplines delivers a mix of the best practices from the West and the highest ethos from the East in simple and practical models.  The workshop will weave the latest findings in metaphysics together with revelations hidden in ancient mythology and enable this to be digested and imbibed in brief periods of meditation.
