Lose Weight in Nature's Embrace
Pilardio for Nutrition, Focus and Exercise

Pilardio is a combination of Pilates and Cardio, a specialized style of training for the cardiovascular and muscular systems. It is a smart mixture of exercises that gives meditative benefits while strengthening the core and peripheral muscles. AllPilardio exercises are supported by fantastic rhythms, so they are fun to do. The step sequences are kept simple and so are easy to learn. The Pilardio lifestyle also offers, apart from the physical activity, mental balance. It connects the mind and the body by way of breathing, thereby bringing the attention of the mind to the present moment.

Besides the mental and physical aspects, nutrition also plays an important role in this lifestyle. Pilardio nutrition, encourages understanding the body's needs in terms of food and focuses on individual nutrition. It is a unique diet, whose approach is more holistic, and hence healthy, so it can be practiced for life. It teaches you how to identify the body's needs, and differentiate between real (physical) hunger and perceptible (mental) craving for food.

Pilardio is very important, particularly for those who suffer weight issues, have diabetes type II, back pain, heart problems and high blood pressure. Participants can learn to listen to their bodies and handle them with more respect, reduce weight and get rid of excess fat because their bodies “know” what they need in terms of nutrition. Not only that, it is fun and exciting.. a new concept for all ages to enjoy!
