Open Your Throat Chakra: Release your Expression using Vocal Improvisation

Open Your Throat Chakra
Release your Expression using Vocal Improvisation
This workshop is based on releasing your throat chakra and experience your own voice as an instrument.
In any culture singing is uplifting and a powerful act of self-expression. It is a sound of the heart which allows a healing process to take place and create a sense of unity. This workshop will include vocal exploration, intuitive learning and improvisation.
Balancing and opening the throat chakra allows you to express your feelings and communicate freely, without worry of criticism or judgment from self or others. Opening of the throat chakra promotes honesty and harmony with our feelings and actions, and helps us to live more authentically and free.
Darlini is a traveling musician and vocalist. Her multi cultural up bringing has brought her love for studying music of the world. From an early age she has experienced a diversity of musical styles and draws an eclectic collection of sounds that she endeavours to share in live performances. She also creates a space in which others can experience  their own voice as an instrument. Her intention is to empower people with a creative tool of self expression and communication.  Music is the passport of the heart and singing is the language of the soul.
