Palmistry for Beginners

Palmistry helps in forecasting future Relationships and Health issues. The lines and mounds reveal themselves in the palm years before the actual event.Palmistry is the simplest way of discovering secrets of our life. It is very useful to learn palmistry and use it with other healing Sciences.
As our attitudes and behavior patterns change, the lines reflect them. The lines physically change as our thinking changes.
By studying the lines and markings on your palm, you will be able to make out an obvious link between your present personality and your past experiences, behavioral patterns and notable incidents.

Tibetan Pulsing Eye Reading

Tibetan Pulsing Eye Reading

Revealing the mysteries within

The eyes truly are the windows to the soul. Every child is born with his/her karmic patterns imprinted in their nervous system. These patterns are reflected in the various markings in the iris of the eye. These markings show us our psychological, emotional, mental & physical states. All the 24 organs of the body and their various attributes are reflected in the eyes. A skilled eye reading can reveal the unconscious patterns which govern our life and can help us to understand our own motivations, desires and aspirations. This work differs from iridology; which deals only with the physical aspects, whereas the Tibetan Pulsing eye reading uses a holistic approach and deals with the entirety of our human incarnation.

Ecstatic Dance on Full Moon

Move with the rhythm of life. Pulsate with pure energy

Tribal cultures know that dance is a vital form of expression. Civilized people may have forgotten this, but it is never too late to reclaim our birthright for ecstasy. Ecstatic Dance, is a space to get high on pure energyOur bodies contain bliss hormones. As we move into free-flowing dance, it is natural for joyous energy to be released from within allowing ourselves to be totally taken over by the music. This phenomenon can be called 'getting high on life.' The dance is held barefoot, to support dancers to have agility in movement. No previous experience of dance is required.

This ecstatic dance event will be held on the Full Moon night, celebrated as the night of Buddha’s enlightenment. Just as the full moon affects the ocean, it affects our bodies - which contain nearly eighty percent of water. This night is an invitation to allow a conscious, celebratory and blissful uplifting of our energies in deep connection with the Buddha Moon.

In this event, Damini will DJ and lead with a fusion of many genres of uplifting vibrant music from across the globe, aimed at loosening up inhibitions and discovering our wild free spirited self.

Damini is a wild, ecstatic dancer. She experiments with different styles of music and the variety of movements they inspire in the body. Going into a range of meditative practices over the last years, dance emerged as the most spontaneous form of mediation for her. "All that is needed is to be loose, natural and to allow the interplay of the rhythm with the body; the rest, happens," is her sutra for ecstatic dancing. Damini is also an award winning indie filmmaker and a photographer.

Ayurvedic Wisdom

Principles, Prevention, Cure
 Sunday, May 26

Ayur-veda, the science of life is very close to me as I had to find a cure for my Asthma. I started with the modern medicine and was able to only control it through steroids. I suffered Osteoporosis (weak bones) as a side effect  and broke my leg on my birthday.

Then I tried naturopathy and started eating raw foods which slowly busted my digestion and I started excreting undigested food. This led me towards Ayurveda where I discovered that we should eat cooked food which is easy to digest for the human body but we can take fifteen percent raw food. Yogis can digest raw food well, but we cannot. Finally I cured myself through Ayurveda.

Ayurvedic wisdom has a prevention and eradication of diseases from its root. We have inherited this knowledge but have forgotten how to use it. Now I see so much interest in people to learn Ayurveda.

Mansi breathes, eats, lives Ayurveda! I have attended all of her workshops here and found them very useful and practical.

Self Exploration through Mythology

Theatre, Dance & Music

Through Indian and western mythological stories we will explore different aspects of our selves. The workshop is both a group effort and an individual exploration. We will look at various stages of human existence from childhood, adolescence, young adult, adult to old age /death.

There will be various creative methodologies like theatre, dance, movement, music, stories to bring out the different nuances of the myth. Through this exploration we will explore our inner world and diverse personal expressions. We will use P.E.E.P (Physical, environmental, emotional, personal) concept for reaching a clear mind space. Everyone will explore themselves in a non threatening way.

Through this we will be able to understand the different crisis in the past which would now be reworked and reassessed . It will help us gain insights and acquire a new vision to take our lives in the interpersonal and work space with a fresh perspective.

In Search of Wild Woman

Reclaim your natural, free self

In the workshop the word wild means ‘a natural life’.It is to reunite the woman with her kinship with the wild feminine side, a relationship which may have been lost from neglect, domestication, surrounding culture, or no longer understood. The workshop is about women and their stories inspired by Dr Nikola Pinkola Estes Es’s remarkable book ‘Women who run with the wolves’. It’s about dancing, playfulness, and transporting oneself through stories to reclaim the lost freedom.

We will tell stories and share personal narratives to explore ourselves. Ancient folk tales, fairy tales, excerpts from Women who run with the Wolves, movement, mime and other avenues of expression would be used. Through this we will try and enter a world of the wild spirit where integrity, balance, belonging are celebration and re – discovered.

Tibetan Pulsing Healing - The Blue Wave

From Confusion & Conflict to Clarity & Understanding

We always want that others should understand us and respond to us in accordance with our understanding. But the situation seems otherwise. We are more often misunderstood, leading to feelings of disappointment and a sense that something is wrong with me and others.

The ability to understand ourselves and others without conflict comes from a clear perception of self and others. Our negative emotions and thought processes hinder this clarity rather than aiding it. To achieve this clarity we need to refine our receptivity, so that our mind and emotions become clear and innocent, like a crystal reflecting pure light.

In the workshop we will use specific bodywork techniques, where we use the power of the pulse beat to dissolve confusion and liberate the light of clarity and transparent innocence.

Pulse is the life force through which the spirit manifests itself. Based on the Six Yogas of enlightened Mystic, Naropa, it has been brought to the world under the guidance of Osho. Tibetan Pulsing uses ancient Tibetan Shamanic processes to get in touch with the 24 organs of the body which are the repositories of our unconscious. It is a powerful process using sound, colour and touch which reveals to us the hidden mysteries of the human body.
