George Ivanovitch Gurdjieff, Armenian mystic and seeker discovered and created sacred dances, movements, exercises and methods of inner searching belonging to the Fourth Way.

The Work is derived from fragments of unknown ancient Sufi teachings and many other traditions. The movements are highly structured and act as vehicles for inner transformation. The experience of being in the dance is mystical, magical, healing, centering, relaxing, challenging, harmonizing, energizing.

They are taught in silence, supported by the music that is especially designed for each dance. The process of learning the dance is meant to help us breakthrough the automaticity of our lives, routines, bodies, thought and feeling patterns, leading to moments of freedom that support us to be in the marketplace of our lives in a fresh way.

Warm Regards,
