The skin, shoulders, hips, legs, hands. They speak. They tell a story, of your life. Moments of joy. Of anger. Moments, incomplete. Moments, waiting to dance under the open sky.
This sunday evening, in a two-hour energy intensive, Damini leads us into our Stories of Passion. Stored in the body. Expressed through movement. We use the the energy of dance. Ride on the waves of Breath. Reach the universal center: Eternal, Still, Silent.
Here the word 'dance' is not a performance. It is spontaneous delight. Delight that heals. No prior experience required. It is movements. Simple. Purely for the fun of it. Damini says, "To be able to experiment with our own energies is the greatest luxury. A priceless gift. An offering from you to you."

Damini specializes in creating experiences. For her dance has been a healer. A spontaneous path into mediation. She uses dance, visuals, sound, films and text to create potent experiences of the visible and inner worlds.
