Getting over Grief - life can be amazing even after tragedy

“Getting over Grief”
life can be amazing even after tragedy

Through her personal tragic story of losing her 15 years old daughter Abigail in a car accident, Nicola helps others in facing grief. She embraces her own healing journey and uses it to show others that life can be amazing even after tragedy.

Working through group discussions, guided meditations, visualizations and movements participants will calmly face their own challenges and in a safe environment will be able to release any anger, tears of emotion and hidden pain they have been holding onto.

By clearing those untouched emotions, each will be able to once again embrace life fully and begin their process of healing.

Bio:

Nicola was born in Essex, and currently lives in Cyprus. She worked in a variety of roles, from being a business consultant, to working with the local govt. in Scotland, to giving Social skills training to criminals in the prison. But with her daughter passing away in a tragic car accident Nicola's life turned around. With the help of friends, family, spiritual experiences and inner strength, she eventually fought through despair to forgive the young man responsible.

And on a friend’s suggestion she wrote a book on the life changing experience. She is now an Author & Publisher and conducts workshops on ‘Getting over grief’ to help others cope with their tragic journeys.
