The Andean energy work was practiced for thousands of years by the Inkan civilization of Peru. In the 1950’s an expedition deep into the Andes discovered that many of the techniques were still being actively practiced. Since then, the knowledge and practice of these techniques has begun to be taught and passed to the outside world. Andean masters have recently asked for the work to be spread throughout the world in this time of great change, where it can be very helpful.

This session will include:
- Gaining an insight into the spiritual practices of the Inkan civilization.
- A practical introduction into energy techniques that can be used for healing, manifestation and creating a protective shield around us.
Facilitator's Bio:
Rakendra has studied and worked withseveral esteemed Shamans from South America learning and practicingshamanic energy work. A member of the British Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy, Rakendra has also been involved with Bioenergetics since 1998, training in both the Humaniversity Holland, NamasteBioenergetics community in Brazil and Osho Leela in UK. His unique way of working combines humour, playfulness and courage to bring light to the darker parts of ourbeing.
