Discover your Clown - An Exploration of the Chaplin in You

Open your Mouth…. HA HA HA !!!
(‘The Clown Plays Here and Now’ - A Workshop by Rupesh Tillu)

The clown: The person behind the red nose is hidden in all of us. This session aims at playful exploration of emotion-energy, imitation practice, and diving into a world of imagination, to bring out the ‘chaplin’ in us.

Plays: Clowns are powerful communicators. Dynamisms of action, expression, sound and words are played with in this session, not worrying about whether it makes sense or if it is the right thing to do. The more it goes wrong, more the success. We use antics, and props for a series of playful humour exercises to bring about a growing awareness of ourselves and our world.

Here and now: We live in a world where the real joy laughter has remained confined to terms like LOL, ROFL, LMAO. In this session, we will practice ‘living the moment’ and use the contemporary clown principles to bring our silly sides up.

Get ready to be a goofy classic, and to establish a creative and funny space with us to get that funny bone tickled till we all fall down!!
PS: Slip and fall down carefully, just kidding !
