ART OF PARENTING

ART OF PARENTING
Connecting Compassionately with Our Children
Sat, 20 th & Sun, 21th Sep, 9:30 am to 5:30 pm

Compassionate Communication supports us to have genuine dialogue and connection with our children, where we try to express our selves honestly and also see the needs of our children and hold care for all. In this two day workshop, we will work with challenging situations which cause anger, frustration, pain, fear, guilt, and so on with respect to our kids and see how we can engage with them in a way where we feel more connected to each other.

What is Compassionate Communication?
It is  an Art where you speak and listen from your heart and share what is important to you without blaming others, instead you see the beautiful intentions of others, even in their difficult messages and actions. This can bring you closer to your inner peace even when the others don’t act in the way that you would want them to do.
