Tai Chi

Tai Chi
Healing with Moving Stillness

Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese form of spiritual martial arts that is practiced for its powerful healing benefits. With its gentle dance like movements, Tai Chi opens blocked energy pathways, allowing Chi to flow freely. Unobstructed and free flow of Chi is key to good health and longevity!

But the benefits of Tai Chi go far beyond the physical, as it truly opens the heart to giving and receiving love and happiness. Relationships automatically become more harmonious and life becomes more joyous. Young or old, fit or not, anyone can practice Tai Chi and be benefitted.

In this workshop, we will practice simple Tai Chi movements, along with meditation, breathing and other healing techniques. All techniques are easy to learn and only half an hour of daily practice is enough to radically transform your life.
