The Art of Being Here & Now : a taste of Osho Meditations

The Art of Being Here & Now
                            a taste of Osho Meditations

To put simply, meditation is the art of being in 'here and now', to be aware, to relax, to love and enjoy life.

Osho’s meditation techniques pave the way to rebalance our state of affairs. The first step involves emptying the garbage in our heads and releasing the repressed emotions in our heart. The second is often referred to as “taming the bull,” i.e. the mind, learning how to remain in the present moment, learning how to be at ease and peace with oneself.  In this one day workshop, we’ll experiment with interactive sessions, self-inquiry, structured meditations, breath-work, hypnosis and dance. We’ll play rather than work, celebrate, have fun and learn some new things in the process.
