Anatta Dance Workshop-forgetting the dancer and becoming the dance itself

Anatta Dance Workshop
forgetting the dancer and becoming the dance itself...

Anatta Dance is a transformative practice with a meditative approach, designed to relax the body-mind and evoke the spirit through sound, movements and stillness.

In the workshop we will move through four human landscapes: Sharing our experiences, Dancing in totality, Letting go & Moving our energy in freedom in an orgasmic flow.

ANATTA DANCE cultivates bodily awareness in the present moment, allows our body to release emotions and old patterns and opens our heart through meaningful connections.

This is an invitation to delve into the richness of Anatta (no-self) experience...

“Nothing is more universal than the sharing of joy through dance”
