Chakra Painting : Seven Colours of Love

Chakra Painting : Seven Colours of Love
Painting & Trances with Madita & Magno

Our body has seven energy centres, known as chakras. Chakras are vortices of activity that receive, assimilate, and express energy in the form of emotions, thoughts, sensations, etc.
Each chakra has attached to it a unique feeling and distinct colour.

When the energy centres of our body are pulsating with aliveness we feel whole and happy! This highly enjoyable workshop is about understanding, clearing, experiencing and expressing the energy centers of our body.
We will do this by using the unique combination of trance work and painting.

In trance we open the channel of understanding. It results in clearing and a deep experience of each chakra. We will deepen this understanding with energy work and dance. It is only when we experience the energy of each chakra that we are able to express it fully. This we will do with painting, celebrating the special vibrancy and colour of each energy point creatively.

In this workshop, we will work together as a group as well as individually. As we paint with colours, moving through the chakras, we begin to feel how the energy field transforms itself into meditation and peace.
This will help eliminate traumas that are housed within the body, mind and spirit.
