We are what we think...

Most of us live in fear. Stress is fear. The fear of not being good enough, fear 
of failure, fear of falling ill, and ultimately the fear of dying. 
Often we believe, that in order to feel secure and happy certain conditions 
need to be fulfilled - this might be a new love, a better paid job, a new house,
a more beautiful body, etc.
And yet, there are people who have all this and still feel unhappy and afraid.
The reason is that in order to experience peace and happiness a certain state of consciousness is needed. Without this consciousness you can have all the riches of this world and still feel frustrated, fearful and dissatisfied. 
Together we will practice the steps of understanding which can create this 
state of consciousness. 
How we think makes us feel in a certain way. How we feel makes us act in acertain way. That means when we change our ways of thinking we changeour life. You will learn ways of thinking and undestanding that will make your 
life less fearful and more happy.
In this workshop we will use hypnotic trances to encourage your unconscious 
mind to let go of fear and live in trust, joy and inner peace instead.

These sessions can help letting go of habits like overeating and smoking. Heal body-symptoms like headaches, sleeping problems, and concentration difficulties.
Improve your relationships, gain self love, self confidence, inner peace and relaxation.
Through these sessions we can experience our strength, our body, our emotions and thoughts as our helpers. We can use them to improve the quality of our lives towards more joy, harmony and inner peace.

Madita Dickhut



Madita Dickhut is trainer of the „Society of NLP“ USA. She has been trained by the pioneers in the field of NLP, Richard Bandler, Robert Dilts and Chris Hall. She is also trained in Ericksonian Hypnosis, DeHypnotherapy and is a Meditation leader and trainer. For twenty years she has been leading workshops and trainings in many countries all over the world and in the Osho Meditation Resort in Pune, India. The hallmark for Madita’s work is her deep respect for each individual’s inner resources and capability to heal and help themselves.
