A Workshop for Dealing with Emotions Effectively
Objective: To impart the skills and tools required by individuals to deal more effectively with everyday inter-personal and intra-personal issues. The premise being that dealing effectively with one's emotions opens up pathways to optimising one’s potential, enhancing self-growth and achieving happiness.
Approach: An interactive workshop based on the core principles of Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT) a type of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). Core concepts covered will include cognitive restructuring using the main principles of REBT.

About the Facilitator:
Renu Sachdeva is a Psychological Counsellor and CBT Therapist BA Maths, MBA, BSc Psychology, PG Diploma in Counselling, Certificate in PCT, REBT and CBT, Certificate in Sex Education. She has a work experience in corporates of over 25 years in India, UK and Singapore, leading, coaching and mentoring large teams. She has an extensive experience of running training programmes and workshops on skills building, insight generation and team building. Over 3 years experience as Psychological Counsellor and Therapist - Previous experience as on-site student counsellor at school and college in Mumbai - Launched an online portal for making psychological counselling
