Yoga Classes in the Lap of Nature
Health, Flexibility and Silence



The body has a deep connection with the mind. Through yoga we will become flexible, mentally as well as physically.. thereby becoming more acceptive of life. Here, we will also learn to relax our body and mind. This  boosts our body's innate power to heal itself, its immunity. We will also be making use of certain sounds like 'Om' for healing and wellness.. Here, at Zorba the Buddha, we will be in the midst of voices of exotic birds, rustle of leaves and flowing water bodies. In such an environment, a strong connection is formed within, making way for a wholesome growth for body & soul. 



These yoga classes will be a slow and meditative process of deepening our awareness by holding asanas in connection with our breath. Balancing postures helps us to balance life. We will be able to go into stillness and silence to hear what our bodies have to say. We can then understand the needs of our body by going beyond the mental chatter.


About the Facilitator:


Bhakti, a certified clinical hypnotist, began her journey into body-mind healing in 1997. She has learnt from various gurus and institutions to understand how and what Yoga brings out in different people. She started her journey over fifteen years ago, learning from Swami Vidyanand, trained from the Bihar School of Yoga, whose approach towards Yoga was spiritual in nature. She then went on to learn from and practise in Sivananda Yoga Centre and Kaivalyadham, where they had a more scientific/research based approach. Today, she combines both approaches beautifully. She has been giving private and group sessions in Delhi for over eight years now.
