Discovering Stories through Moving Bodies with Manju

Discover Stories through Moving Bodies
Dance. Heal. Grow
With Manju Verma

The best kind of movement is movement that is revealing—to ourselves. Stories we have carried quietly in our hearts for a long time can become inspiring road maps to help guide us toward our authentic selves and our deepest wants. But putting pen to paper, allowing the story to unfold in front of you, can be scary. Where do you start? What do you write? How do you explore your story with compassion, courage, and curiosity?

In this workshop, we will delve into our hearts’ stories through movement , and a series of activities designed to help you go beyond “what happened” to what opportunities your story offers you now.
