In this workshop, we will learn some unique Yin (feminine) practices, along with Kuan Yin Chi Kung techniques and the secrets of the Jade Egg. We will also explore the Taoist Inner Alchemy of Yin and Yang.
About Jade Egg:
Comes from the female ancient Taoist tradition, an important 'tool' of this Holistic Practice for health and harmony, rejuvenation and honour the sacred feminine within; working on the physical, emotional and energetic levels. Jade is a symbol of purity, serenity, health and abundance.
You can get the jade egg with Anamarta at the retreat (costs 5400Rs) - She just works with the highest quality of Nephrite Jade, which is not porous crystal, so is safe and hygienic to it's internal use, and is usually an investment for life.

About the Facilitator
Her explorations on the spiritual path led Anamarta to meeting Master Kris Deva North from whom she received her formal initiation into Taoism. Dedicating herself wholeheartedly to the practices of the Tao, Anamarta has also trained with Grandmaster Mantak Chia. With a natural ability to teach, Anamarta qualified as a Taoist Teacher of the Universal Healing Tao UK, and developed her unique Jade Egg Holistic Practice and Kuan Yin Chi Kung that she now shares with women around the world.
