With the waxing and waning of the moon through its cycle, we arrive at the full moon. On this radiant night of the full moon, we will explore the slow tidal rise of our energy through guided imagery, flowing into waves of movement and dance. Building our energies steadily, we will burst into a full energy blast, releasing all imbalances.. bringing us back to silence. By draping ourselves in white, the color of reflection, openness, growth and creativity, we will refresh and strengthen our entire energy system. Come, experience the magic of this special day.

About the Facilitator
Reetu Jain is an Indian-American dancer, dance movement therapist/facilitator and spiritual seeker. From OM Chanting to Vipassana Meditation, Tribal Fusion Belly Dance to Chakra Healing, and Sufi Whirling to Ugandan Tribal Dances, she has explored various meditative and movement techniques from around the world. As Co-Founder of the Creative Movement Therapy Association of India (CMTAI), she facilitates sessions for people to connect to themselves through movement on a deep level.
