Sound Healing & Dance Ceremony
With Vishesh & Rachnika
You are invited to participate in a sacred sound journey which will help us in healing and revealing. We all will lie down with our eyes closed as we journey together, listening to some powerful Tibetan and Shamanic sounds, strings, and other organic instruments. We will also do some light energy work, ending the journey with somemovement and dance. This will give us healing on physical, mental as well as spiritual levels.
Ultimately, our highest intention is to raise consciousness at an individual and collective level, for the good of all of mankind and living beings.

About the Facilitator
Vishesh Kalimero is a musician who has been travelling for the last 6 years, going deeper into healing sounds from different cultures and traditions. Sound is a way for Vishesh to express the unknown and unspeakable. He plays the Yayli Tambur and Irani Setar from the Sufi tradition and engages in Mongolian throat singing. He has given workshops, healing sessions and concerts in India, Europe and Latin America. Rachnika has been a student of dance for 11 years and has trained and performed professionally for 4 years. She has been trained in ballet, jazz and modern contemporary at The Danceworx. There, she taught dance, both, to kids as well as adults for 4 years. Her own research explores the idea of ‘listening to the body’ and is supported with the practice of Vipassana, a form of meditation. She explores the relationship of the mind and body. She gives workshops on 'Body Awareness' and also performs as a dance artist. She is also currently teaching dance to kids and senior citizens.
