JaWa Diet, Centering, Body Exercises (Using Pilardio) and Mental Power





A 2-Day workshop, lead by Jasmin Waldmann to get an overview of what is really required to reach the ideal figure & inner balance, how to understand yourself mentally and physically in a better way.

 The workshop will broadly focus on the following 4 aspects of Holistic Health & Fitness.

Body Exercise: Pilardio is a combination of Pilates and Cardio, a specialized style of training to tone up the body, increase stamina. It is a smart mixture of exercises that leads to a mental meditative state while strengthening the body. These exercises are supported with fantastic rhythms. The step sequences are kept simple and thus easy to learn.

Mental Power: The program also offers mental guidance, to know and understand you better.

Centering: It leads to concentration on the important things and connects the mind and the body.

JaWa Diet: As a lifestyle JaWa Diet it is a unique way of eating, it approaches a more holistic and healthy way of living. It focuses on the individual’s diet and complete understanding of the own body. It can be practiced for a life time. It also helps you to differentiate between physical hunger and mental craving for food.
 This holistic workshop is very important for the following people:
1. People who suffer from weight issues
2. People who can feel an internal imbalance
3. People searching for their own way and wants in life
4. People with health issues like diabetes type II, back pain, heart problems or high blood pressure

Participants can learn to listen to their bodies and handle them with more respect, more ease, reduce weight and get rid of excess fat because their bodies “know” what they need in terms of nutrition. Not only that, it is fun and exciting.

 About the Facilitator
Jasmin Waldmann

Jasmin is a life coach- she transforms body & mind. She is also a teacher for educational programs for Pilates-, Pilardio-, personal- and fitness trainers, works with several German TV channels and radio stations. She is the director of the innovative grpup fitness concept- Pilardio and the founder of JaWa Diet. Originally from Germany she shifted to India because of Indian Cricket Team Captain, M.S: Dhoni and “Sportsfit”- which was a gym chain in NCR and Delhi. Her specialty has always been all-round weight management, mentally as well as physically. She has over 11 years of experiences in her field as mentioned above.
