Dance is a good and the most fun form of exercise and an excellent way to keep fit. Dance helps us lose weight, stay flexible, reduce stress, make friends, and more. It is also tremendously beneficial in keeping us young!
Dance is also a form of meditation, not known or understood by most. While dancing, the brain releases such chemicals that are not generated in any other physical activity. So why not begin the day with the best mood enhancer we know of!
We will be dancing to a wide range of music - from House to Electronic, Break Beat to Down Tempo, Drum & Bass to Chill-out and Electro to Nu Jazz. There will be some pauses and meditations, in between all the dances, which will allow us to explore our inner landscape.
So, come and immerse yourself in this new morning culture. Let your hair down and begin your day like never before!

About the Facilitator
Shivam Satyam is an artist, a writer by profession and a seeker at heart. In 1998, he fell in love with Osho and, thus, began his journey in meditation. He has travelled extensively and experimented with different schools of mysticism. He leads workshops and offers personal sessions in fields as varied as human design, the enneagram of liberation, hypnosis, catharsis based dance therapies, meditation (method based and zazen), wide range of Osho meditations and group therapies. Elements from the traditions of Zen, Sufism, Tantra, Tibetan Buddhism and Taoism are beautifully integrated in his workshops. His debut novel in the genre of spiritual fiction, The Wayfarer, was launched last year.
