Psycho-Energetic Massage
During the massage Claude guides you to connect with your Inner Child. This brings more peace into your deep self, improving your emotional balance, helping your body to heal at a deep level. Stress will be released and you will be more connected with the joyful nature of your Inner Child.
Shiatsu & Acupressure Massage
Energetic lines and acupressure points are stimulated to balance your internal organs. Claude works on your whole body to improve joint articulation, relieve muscle stiffness and calm your nervous system. This helps your body to detoxify, stimulates the digestive system, and gives natural pain relief.
Deep Tissue Fusion Massage
After warming up and relaxing the muscles, Claude uses direct deep pressure. He concentrates on areas of tension (e.g. neck, shoulders, legs, back) to break down knots and restore normal movement. Classic deep tissue techniques are used together with acupressure points to give you maximum relief.
P.S. - Massage can be given with oil, or over loose clothing, as per your choice.
